The 2015 Steely Dan “rockabye gollie angel” summer concert tour kicks off July 6th in Denver Colorado and continues through August 12th.  They’re playing in some great classic venues, including Red Rocks in Colorado and the Hollywood Bowl in L.A., as well as some great newer venues such as the Austin 360 Amphitheater and Nashville’s brand new Ascend Amphitheater.

The special guest opening act on the tour is Elvis Costello & the Imposters. Steely Dand AND Elvis Costello … that’s an impressive line-up. Note that Costello will not play at the two Ravinia Festival shows,

And for lucky fans in the NYC area (or fans anywhere and willing to take a trip to the city), the band has announced eight shows at New York City’s Beacon Theatre, where they’ll play a special set list each night for their hometown fans, including full album sets from Aja, Gaucho, and The Royal Scam. The Beacon Theater concerts will be October 6, 7, 9, 10, 13, 14, 16, and 17. Elvis Costello is not on the line-up for those shows.
