Dixie Chicks Summer 2016 Concert Tour

The Dixie Chicks (Martie Maquire, Emily Strayer, and Natalie Maines) begin their DCX MMXVI (that’s 2016 in Roman Numerals) World Tour on April 16, 2016 in Antwerp, Belgium. They’ll remain in Europe through May 3rd, when they play in Dublin, Ireland. Then they return home for the North American leg of their tour, beginning with Cincinnati, OH on June 1st and ending in Hollywood, CA on October 10th.

Dixie Chicks tickets at Ticket Liquidator

This is the first time in a while that this very popular trio of country singers have toured the United States. The group’s last album was “Taking the Long Way” released back in 2006 and they toured in support of that album at the time, but they’ve been on hiatus since. There’s no talk of a new album at this time, so fans will have to be content with the group’s previous recordings (which have won them a total of 13 Grammy Awards).

The Dixie Chicks are know for giving great live performances, and their fans have had to wait a long time for a big tour, so these shows may be hot tickets for the 2016 summer concert season.
