Cyndi Lauper 2016 U.S. Tour Dates

Cyndi Lauper has a new country music inspired album called “Detour” coming out in May and one of her recently announced concert dates is none other than county music’s iconic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN.

Lauper’s “Detour” album is a detour from her usual music. On this disc, she covers country music classic such as Patsy Cline’s “I Fall to Pieces.” Guests on the album include Alison Krauss, Willie Nelson, Vince Gill, and Emmylou Harris.

The first and last legs of the tour, including the Ryman stop, will feature Lauper on her own. For six stops May 20 – June 1, she’ll pair up with Boy George for co-headlining shows in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia.

After three Florida shows in June, Lauper heads to Europe for concert stops in the UK, Austria, and Italy.
