The Peach Music Festival, August 10 – 13, 2017
The Peach Festival returns to Montage Mountain in Scranton, Pennsylvania August 10 – 13.
Four-day passes are on sale now. Get ’em early, because prices go up as the festival date approaches. Prices started as the bargain price of $99 for early birds and will go all the way up to $245 right before the festival.
Headliners for this year’s event include My Morning Jacket, Widespread Panic, Lettuce, featuring Chaka Khan, Gov’t Mule, Umphrey’s McGee, Joe Bonamassa, Greensleeves Bluegrass, Dark Star Orchestra, Galactic, and more. See the full line-up at the festival website.
The Peach festival was originally started by The Allman Brothers Band in conjunction with Live Nation. This year’s fest includes a tribute to Gregg Allman & Butch Trucks featuring Chuck Leavell, Jaimoe, Oteil Burbridge, Marc Quiñones, Duane Trucks, Devon Allman, Jack Pearson, Marcus King, Bruce Katz, Lamar Williams Jr, Pat Bergeson, Scott Sharrard, Pete Levin, Berry Oakley Jr, Vaylor Trucks & more.
There’s camping available at the festival, but if you don’t have a camping pass, or just prefer the comforts of indoor accommodations, there are plenty of hotels nearby.
