Hinterland Festival Returns to Saint Charles, Iowa in August with Strugill Simpson, Band of Horses & More

The initial lineup for the Hinterland Festival in St. Charles, IA has been announced.

Performers scheduled to appear include Sturgill Simpson, Band of Horses, Nathaniel Rateliff and The Night Sweats, Chvrches, Blackberry Smoke, Margo Price, Tash Sultana, Anderson East, J Roddy Walston and The Business, Tyler Childers, Joshua Hedley, The Nadas, Ancient Posse, and Wheeler Walker, Jr (at the Campfire Stage Saturday night).

The Hinterland Festival happens August 3 & 4, 2018 at the Avenue of the Saints Amphitheater in St. Charles, Iowa.

Two-Day Passes go on sale at the festival website February 16th at 10:00 a.m.

The 2-Day GA Pass is priced at $95. VIP Passes are $259. A very limited number (just 50) of special “Saints” passes are available for $559.

Where to Stay

Camping out at the festival will put you closest to the action. There’s tent camping available at the festival, plus a limited number of RV spots. Camping passes also provide access to the Campfire Stage.

If you don’t want to camp, you’ll find reasonably priced hotels available around the Des Moines Airport, about 18 miles from the festival site.
