A Hot Summer Line-up at Virginia Beach’s Farm Bureau Live Amphitheater

There’s a great line-up of concerts coming to Virginia’s resort city for the summer of 2014.  Things started off big at the Farm Bureau Live Amphitheater with Bruce Springsteen on April 12th and schedule continues strong through the warm season.

Dierks Bentley and Jimmy Buffett are both scheduled for May.  The month of June brings Styx & Foreigner, Luke Bryan with Lee Brice and Cole Swindell, Elton John, Tim McGraw, and Journey and the Steve Miller Band.  There’s a great line-up scheduled for July’s warm summer evenings, with the Goo Goo Dolls & Daughtry, New Edition, the Vans Warped Tour, Dave Matthews Band, Wiz Khalifa, Rascal Flatts with Sheryl Crow and Gloriana, and Fall Out Boys and Paramore.  August heats up with Nine Inch Nails and Soundarden, KISS and Def Leppard, Keith Urban, One Republic, Motley Crue, and Miranda Lambert.  And the season wraps up in September with Kings of Leon, Jason Aldean with Florida Georgia Line, and Brad Paisley.

Farm Bureau Live is an outdoor amphitheater venue that seats 20,000. There’s fixed seating under the canopy and lawn seating behind that.

The amphitheater isn’t near the oceanfront resort strip, so you’ll need to drive out there or take a cab. There’s plenty of easy parking at the facility and lots of people come early and tailgate before the concert.
