The Ryman Auditorium

The Ryman – if you know country music, you probably know the name.  The Ryman Auditorium in Nashville was the original home to the Grand Ole Opry.  The Opry has since moved to a larger venue at Opryland.  But the Ryman still hosts concerts of a variety of different types of musical acts.  And you may still be able to catch the Opry there during the winter months when the Opryland theater is occupied by special performances.

Seeing a concert is the best way to experience the Ryman, but if you can’t manage that, you can also take a tour of the facility.
