2015 Santa Anita Park Concerts

Outdoor sport venues can be great places to attend a concert. They’re spacious, have plenty of parking, and all the necessary support facilities are already in place. However, concert-goers often end up sitting in the seats of a large stadium while the performer they’ve come to see is way down on the field. But when you attend a California Philharmonic summer concert series performance at Santa Anita Park, you get to sit right down in the infield section at the center of the race track, looking beyond the stadium toward the San Gabriel Mountains.

The 2015 Schedule for the California Philharmonic’s Summer Concert Series at Santa Anita Park:

June 27 – The Beatles and Beethoven – Music that Changed the World.

July 11 – Rogers & Hammerstein Go to the Movies – Ground Sounds of Cinema.

July 25 – Phantom in Paris – Love, intrigue, romance.

August 8 – Lights, Camera, Action! Break out the Popcorn!

August 22 – Postcards from Abroad – Musical mementos from around the globe – and beyond!

Update (6/16/15):  Discount tickets for the June 27, July 11, July 25, and August 8 concerts are now available through Goldstar.

There’s table seating, bench seating, and lawn seating for the concerts. You can bring a picnic or pre-order food from the concert series’ menu and then pick it up on your way in.

There’s pre-concert jazz for those who wish to come early.
