There’s a new music venue under construction in Texas. The City of Sugar Land, TX broke ground on a new $84 million performing arts center December 9, 2014. The project is expected to take two years to complete.

When completed, the new venue will provide a flexible space that can seat between 3,300 and 6,400, depending on the configuration of a series of movable walls.

The property will be managed by development partner ACE Theatrical Group.

The center’s location is off U.S. 59, near University Boulevard.
