Steely Dan – 10 October Shows at NYC’s Beacon Theater

Steely Dan once again has scheduled a set of special concerts in their hometown of New York City. They’ll be at the Beacon Theater on October 12, 14, 15, 18, 19, 22, 25, 26, 28 & 29, 2016.

The shows are different for each of these concerts. Many will include the live performance of a Steely Dan album in its entirety. On October 12th they will perform their Royal Scam album, on October 18th, they’ll perform Aja , Gaucho on October 22nd, and Countdown To Ecstasy on October 28th. There’s a Greatest Hits show on October 29th.

Singer-songwriter Rickie Lee Jones will join the Dan as their special guest on October 14th, 15th, 25th and 26th.

These long stays in New York City have become something of a tradition. Last year’s Rockabye Gollie Angel tour included eight shows at the Beacon.

In addition to the NYC shows, they’ve also added an October 8th Rochester concert at the Auditorium Theater and an October 9th concert at the Landmark Theater in Syracuse.
