Renovations to Surfside Race Place at Del Mar Fairgrounds Will Include New Music Venue

Renovations to the Surfside Race Place off-tract betting facility at Del Mar Fairgrounds in Del Mar, California will include construction of a new 1,869 seat live music venue.

The concert facility is expect to host 60 concerts a year.

Construction begins in December of this year and the new concert space is expected to open in fall of 2018.
