Coachella Valley’s New Acrisure Arena

Acrisure Arena opened in December of 2022, providing California’s Coachella Valley with a new venue for sports, concerts, and other events. The arena is located in Thousand Palms, about a half hour drive from the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, where the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals are held annually.

The arena will serve as the home rink for Coachella Valley Firebirds hockey. Upcoming concerts at Acrisure Arena include the Eagles Hotel California Tour, Jimmy Buffet, Reba, Journey & Toto, Shania Twain, Lizzo, Paramour, and Pepe Aguilar.

If the Acrisure name sounds familiar to you it may be because they recently acquired the naming rights for the Pittsburgh Steelers football stadium, renaming that venue from Heinz Field to Acrisure Stadium.
