Limited Downtown Knoxville Hotels Still Available for Big Ears 2024

Big Ears Festival 2024 takes place in Knoxville, Tennessee March 21 – 24. Performances are held at a variety of downtown venues. There are several downtown hotels located within walking distance of the Big Ears venues (plus all of Knoxville’s excellent restaurants and shops). Availability is limited, but as of January 30, there were still rooms available at some of the prime hotel locations.

Downtown Knoxville Hotels with Big Ears Festival Availability (as of January 30, 2024)

Crown Plaza Hotel (401 W Summit Hill Drive) – Centrally located between the larger Gay Street venues (Tennessee Theatre and the Bijou) and the smaller Jackson Avenue area venues (Mill & Mine, Pilot Light, the Standard)

Embassy Suites (507 South Gay Street) – One of the newer downtown hotels. Located just down the street from the Tennessee Theatre and within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

Hyatt Place Downtown (530 South Gay Street) – The Hyatt Place is another new downtown hotel. Hyatt Place is located in a restored downtown structure and is just down the street from the Tennessee Theatre and within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

Hilton Downtown Knoxville (502 West Church Ave) – Not as centrally located as the hotels listed above but still a quick walk to the Tennessee Theater and Bijou.

Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville – Downtown (618 W Main Street) – Still a little further off from the center of downtown. A longer walk to the Tennessee Theatre and Bijou and you might want to catch a shuttle to further out venues.
