LiveNation to Construct New Convertible Venue at the Music Factory, Irving TX

According to an article in the Dallas Business Journal, an innovative new concert venue has been announced for the Music Factory project which is currently under development in Irving Texas.

The $40 million “Pavilion at The Music Factory” is a convertible venue that can convert easily from a 4,000 seat indoor concert hall to an 8,000 seat outdoor amphitheater, allowing it to accommodate a wide variety of entertainment throughout the year.

The Irving Music Factory is being constructed next to the Irving Convention Center. Construction began on the site in the summer of 2014 and is expected to open in 2016.  The project will include a mixture of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venue space.
